DEIB Toolkit
A practical, five-part toolkit developed for New York State human service providers to educate leaders on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging — and to energize and empower their organizations with real strategies, skills, and tools.
How the toolkit is organized
The toolkit is organized into five sections. Sections II–V are based on a strategic planning process designed by Equity Warrior Strategies and support leaders through several stages of DEIB success. While the toolkit is designed for leaders to move through the process in order, you can also jump to the section that matches your organization's most pressing need.
